To comply with latest security standards, Orbit Intelligence, Orbit Express and Orbit Innovation password security requirements are now strengthened.
Obvious passwords such as 12345678, azerty, abcdef... are now prohibited with a request to change, as shown below:
The Orbit Intelligence login page now verify the lower and uppercase letters contained in your password. Please note that old passwords were created using uppercase only. Therefore, you may need to type the old password in upper case.
The following screen shows the message you will see if you have not used the correct password or respected the uppercase rule of the former password:
